The European Robotics Platform

Your robots.Europe's buildings. One platform in between.

EUROBOTS brings cleaning, delivery and service robots from the world's manufacturers to European sites. We test them in real operation, stock them in France, train the people who sell and run them, and keep them running.

About

Two French companies, one European platform.#

EUROBOTS is a trade name shared by two companies. It pools purchasing, maintenance and logistics for facility robots.

Shared brand

A trade name shared by two French companies, without a separate legal entity.

Pooled resources

Purchasing, maintenance and logistics are pooled for volume and reliability.

Orders alone or together

Each partner can order on its own or with the other; volumes add up toward shared targets.

Sourcing, import, Asia

EURASIA

Head office: 26 rue Émile Reynaud, Aubervilliers

Chaired by Mr Hsueh Sheng Wang. Brings its trade relations with Asian manufacturers, and its sourcing and import expertise.

Field, maintenance, clients

FACILIBOT

Head office: Le Havre, France

Integrator of service and autonomous mobile robots, and parent company of a facility-services group. Brings field operations, maintenance and the European client base.

For robot manufacturers

Europe is one market on paper, and thirty in practice.#

Standards, languages, buying habits and after-sales expectations change from one country to the next. European buyers will not sign without local support, spare parts on the shelf and a reference site they can visit. EUROBOTS gives you all three from day one.

Compliance guidance

CE marking, the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 that applies from January 2027, the Radio Equipment Directive, and GDPR for robots with cameras. We prepare the file with you and accredited test labs.

Localisation

Manuals, app screens, voice prompts and sales material in French and English, reviewed by people who use the robots every day.

Stock and logistics

Import, customs, warehousing and delivery to site from France. Orders from both partner companies are grouped and count toward your volume targets.

After-sales and spare parts

First-level maintenance, diagnostics and a spare-parts stock in Europe, with a team that speaks with your engineers in Chinese and English.

Training

Our technicians train at your factory, then train distributors and end users across Europe.

Distributor network

Access to cleaning companies, facility managers and integrators, starting with France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg.

Marketing for Europe

Trade shows, case studies and campaigns in French and English, built on real deployments.

Direct relationship

No chain of intermediaries between you and the field: clearer pricing, faster feedback, higher volumes.

Proven in operation, not at trade fairs

Your robots run on client sites operated by our teams. You get structured field feedback, then a listing in our catalogue and access to our network.

What we are looking for first

Machines for uses our partners do not cover yet.

  • Quadruped inspection robots
  • Humanoids for handling tasks

Why Le Havre

Your robots land where we are.#

Le Havre is France's first port and our operations base. For a manufacturer in Asia, it is a direct sea gateway to Paris, France and Northern Europe, with land, warehouses and the team that will support your robots on the spot.

3.2 MTEU handled in 2025, a record for the port
No. 1port in France, with Rouen and Paris on the Seine
145,000TEU carried by rail in 2025, up 18%
1.1 M m²of warehouses in operation along the Seine

Asia is the port's first trade

The main Asia–Europe container lines call at Le Havre, and MSC, CMA CGM and Hapag-Lloyd are shareholders in its container terminals.

Paris within reach

About 200 km from Paris, the largest consumer market in France, by motorway, rail or Seine barge. Over 20% of containers already leave the port by rail or river.

Import procedures built in

The port offers integrated import solutions that let customs and tax obligations be deferred while goods move inland, with full traceability.

The largest ships on Asia lines

From 2026, CMA CGM's 24,000 TEU LNG-powered ships on an Asia–Northern Europe line call at Le Havre.

A port that invests

€190 million invested in 2025, up 30%, including a new river access to Port 2000 and the electrification of quays.

Our team is here

Our operations team is based in Le Havre. Your robots are received by the people who will commission, maintain and support them.

Setting up in Europe

We help you find land and warehouses in Europe.#

If you want to set up in Europe, EUROBOTS helps you find the right site for your stock, spare parts, assembly or repair workshop: first in Le Havre and along the Seine, then across Europe.

What we help you find

  • Logistics warehouses
  • Land to build on
  • Assembly and repair workshops
  • Sites close to ports, motorways and rail

How we help

We look for sites that match your needs, introduce you to owners, developers, ports and economic development agencies, and support you through to your installation.

Our method

From first call to fleet deployment.#

Four stages, with one team following your robots from the first review to repeat orders.

  1. 1

    Product review

    • Robots, software and fleet tools
    • Target sectors and countries
    • Certification status and gaps
  2. 2

    Preparation

    • Compliance file with accredited labs
    • French and English localisation
    • European pricing and support plan
  3. 3

    Field trial

    • Robots in operation on client sites
    • Usage data and structured feedback
    • Adjustments with your engineers
  4. 4

    Launch

    • Stock and spare parts in France
    • Distributors trained and certified
    • Grouped orders toward your volume tiers

Currently selecting manufacturer partners

We work with a small number of manufacturers so that each one gets real support. Cleaning, delivery, service, logistics, humanoid and quadruped robots are all considered.

For distributors and technology companies in Europe

Sell robots with a team behind you.#

A robot only earns its place if it keeps running. Most distributors stall on the same questions: who repairs it, how fast the parts arrive, how the client pays for it. We have answered them on our own sites for ten years.

Key advantage

Better purchase terms

Volumes pooled across the EUROBOTS partners and a direct line to the manufacturers.

Stock in France

Robots and spare parts shipped from French stock, not from the other side of the world.

Technical training

Training for your technicians and sales staff, with maintenance levels clearly split between you and us.

Demo robots

Demo units for trials on your clients' sites before they commit.

Flexible payment

Outright sale, or 12-month and 36-month leasing through financing partners.

Custom robots

Adaptations for specific jobs, such as autonomous waste collection or follow-me carts for laundry and industrial parts.

Field experience

Advice from a facility-services group with more than 350 employees that uses robots on its own sites.

Sales support

Presentations, case studies and help on your first tenders and client meetings.

Who we work with

Cleaning and facility-services companies, technology resellers, systems integrators and equipment rental firms.

Where the robots work

  • Airports
  • Retail and supermarkets
  • Hotels and restaurants
  • Hospitals and care homes
  • Offices
  • Industry and logistics
  • Museums and public venues
  • Schools and universities

In the field

Ten years of robots in the field.#

EUROBOTS builds on ten years of robots deployed by its teams, pioneers of cleaning robotics in France.

10years

of experience with robots in real operation.

Shopping centres, airports, hypermarkets, museums and offices: our teams have deployed, run and maintained service robots on client sites, day and night, among the public.

Our addresses

Two addresses in France.

Our head office in Aubervilliers, at the gates of Paris, and our operations base in Le Havre, by France's first port. Audit, commissioning, training and maintenance on site, with fleet supervision available remotely.
